Pallet Hugger

Purchased a $699 “elite mystery box” supposed to contain “high end” and/or “luxury” items. Instead received random low value pieces readily available at Walmart, ROSS, TJMaxx and discount stores.

I have purchase from OTHER mystery box sellers and has been a totally different experience. This “company” advertised but doesn’t deliver. They hide their contact information which I obtained from PayPal. Their website shows a phone number of 333 (*) ******* I kid you not.

When I contacted them via the number provided by PayPal she said she didn’t appreciate being contacted on Saturday even though her “hours” show Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. When I mentioned the number on their website is not operative she told me to complain to Shopify. WI where the company is located and NC are both One Party Consent states so I recorded the totality of our interaction. This person yelled, said she didn’t care if I felt scammed, and she didn’t care if I filed complaints with FTC and BBB.

I have the whole interaction recorded. I paid $699 and received about $400 in value.

Deceitful practices.
I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER YET bTHEY DONT ALLOW ME TO REVIEW MY PURCHASE ON THEIR PLATFORM. They pick “reviews” and post them themselves.

Absolutely Worth Every Penny!

Ive opened a lot of mystery boxes over the years, but Pallethugger.com consistently blows every other seller out of the water. My latest boxes were loaded with some seriously cool findsa fully functional turntable, a Dell laptop, three original Super Mario cartridges, and so much more.

Every time I crack open a Pallethugger box, it feels like a treasure hunt.

What I love most is the value. The resale potential on these boxes is incredible. Honestly, 99% of the time, the items inside are worth far more than the cost of the box. Its rare to find a mystery box company that delivers both excitement and real ROI, but Pallethugger nails it.

If youre on the fence, take the leap.

These boxes are fun, packed with surprises, and absolutely worth it. Ill be a customer for life!

So they advertise that you receive all unopened return mail packages. Well, every one of my packages was opened and looked at.

So, they knew what was in every box they packed.

It was supposed to be a fun thing to do, but seeing all the packages opened and a couple taped back up made it so that I won't order a mystery box from anyone ever again. False advertising.

Ordered their large box, all of it was literally garbage. Not one item had a name brand, none of them had a brand period.

Looks like all from Temu or something like that. I watched people open many of their boxes, seems like the people that order alot get the good items. Even Faith said on the live, I'll make sure you get good items, seems like she knew them by the way she was talking to them. It was definitely a scam, the new people get the crap items and the people that order alot get the good items.

I know they know which type of pallets they are pulling from, have purchased a few pallets myself. Definitely, wouldn't recommend this company

Subject: Disappointing Experience with $700 Elite Box Buyer Beware

I recently purchased the Elite Box for $700, fully understanding the nature of mystery boxes and the buyer beware aspect that comes with them. However, at this price point, I expect the items to at least function properly and be somewhat consistent with what is advertised.

Here are the major issues I encountered:

Jabra Wireless Earbuds: The left earbud does not charge, making them essentially unusable.

Michael Kors Purse: Supposedly valued at $548, but it's a medium-sized purse that I cannot locate anywhere on the official MK website, which raises authenticity concerns.

HP Chromebook: The laptop came with a Dell charger not only incompatible, but also a serious safety issue.

Versace Bracelet: The single leather bracelet looks cheaply made and again cannot be found on the official Versace website, which makes me question its legitimacy.

For a $700 purchase, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I am sharing this as a warning to others: please think twice before spending this kind of money on a box that, in my opinion, borders on being a scam.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality and authenticity of the products being sold.

First thing is they open stuff and tell you you will have a chance to win if you order. However, everyone that orders does not get the chance; it seems like they pick out certain orders to win.

Although I felt it was unfair, I just let it go and waited for my box to arrive (on my birthday). I was beyond upset with the amount of trash in this box and open packages the revlon thing has some kind of oil spill all over it this is so wrong to do to people I feel like this is definitely a scam. I paid $195 for a box of stuff that didn't even have anything of any value! Hopefully, this allows me to add pictures!

I also ordered a box from USA Pallets, highly recommended!! I paid $69.99 for a box and the stuff in it was close to $1000. And nice, unlike this company!! Very disappointed!

Would not recommend to anyone!!! I pray no one else falls victim to them !!

My box was nothing like what they display on their website, nor was it similar to returned, unclaimed mail packages as they claim. My box was also ripped open upon delivery, yet they claim the box wasn't torn enough to be missing anything.

The five items I received in the box were complete garbage. There were no packages in poly mailers; all the items were in boxes, so the majority of space was taken up by boxes, not merchandise. There was also a blow dryer that had been opened and didn't even work, so it was a returned item. There were some African sponges too, all worthless.

The two soap bottles were in boxes twice their size, taking up more room so they didn't have to fill the box up with more packages.

The boots are plastic and may be worth $5. What a joke.

I ordered a large box mainly because i was suckered by the tiktok reviews - honestly expected it to be a bad investment but was looking forward to fun with my family opening it. well, imagine my surprise when my kids, husband and i each took turns opening boxes and my daughter opens not one - but two - FEMALE VIBRATORS - in two different boxes.

I am no prude but this is unacceptable that this crap was in a box for kids to open. The rest of the box was a Pokemon 100 pc puzzle, stickers, a $5 fan - garbage - but at least it wasn't something completely inappropriate for kids. A reputable company would offer a refund for this type of situation.

There should be a warning on the boxes or something that items could be suitable for only 18+. Horrible.
